Details: SUMMARY: DBP late reporting DETAILS: Emailed operator regarding the sampling. He sent back the dates he had sampled. When he was informed the state website was not showing results, he contacted the lab. Apparently, they failed to fax in the report. Sampling was done, results attached. ACTION NEEDED: none
