Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting violation follow up DETAILS: Called system regarding missed 1st quarter routine coliform. Spoke with Barbara and they had Pyxis lab set up on a routine basis but Pyxis no longer has a presence in county. Gave Barbara two alternate lab phone numbers to start quarterly sampling ASAP ACTION NEEDED: Take 2nd quarter routine coliform ASAP and submit. Continue on time sampling.
