Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: The 5 temporary routines drawn 4/22/11 were positive. I contacted Mike to discuss the issue and remind him he still needs to draw a source sample. I informed him the public notice must remain up until this issue is resolved and that 5 more temporary routines must be drawn in May. We talked about shocking the well or getting the chlorinator installed as soon as possible. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up when source sample and additional routines have been received.
