Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform 4/27/11 DETAILS: Contacted Mauro to let him know the routine sample was positive. I let him know to take a triggered source sample at the wellhead & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know to take 5 temporary routine sample for the month of May ACTION NEEDED: Monitor repeat samples & respond if necessary.
