Details: SUMMARY: Spill of 400 - 500 gallons of steamed milk into storm drain DETAILS: Steamed milk spilled into storm drain - into creek - into Yamhill River between 8 - 9 am this morning. The location of the storm drain was the Palmer Club Creamery in McMinnville. Paul Silva (employee) reported spill. Rick Williams of McMinnville responed to call. Based on spill origin in McMinnville, nearest SWTP intakes appear to be McMinnville Light and Power and the City of Amity. ACTION NEEDED: Call placed to two identified SWTP intake operators.
