Details: SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: System lacked source sample for follow up to positive coliform sample in 11/10. The system took a source sample in 12/10/10. I contacted Chuck Michael and he indicated the sample in December would count for resolving the source sample violation. Chuck said he would resolve the violation ACTION NEEDED: Monitor to be sure the violation resolves.
