Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Mike , system operator, contacted me this morning asking information on the number of samples required following a positive coliform routine sample dated 4/4/11. He stated that he took 3 repeat samples already ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples within 24 hours. I also told him to take 5 routine samples next month.
