Details: SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: Called Mr. Summers on May 24, 2011 to discuss the public notice requirements. He was aware and will send me completed copies. June 7, 2011, received 2 public notices. Part of his correction is to take the monthly required samples for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to sample on a monthly basis.
