They are working with HBH Consulting to determine a course of action with regard to treatment to comply with the state administrative order. I reminded them about the public notice requirement and to submit a copy to the state by May 28, 2011 ACTION NEEDED: Must take corrective action as spelled out in the administrative order and distribute a public notice and send copy to the state by May 28,2011
