Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Jim about the positive routine coliform sample on 9/22/10. I let him know that he needs to take a source sample at the well head & 3 repeat samples. He said he would be sure to have the samples taken. I also let him know to be sure to take 5 temporary routine samples for October. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling & respond if necessary.
