Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform sample 11/13/10 DETAILS: I asked that Eric take 4 repeats and one of them being a triggered source sample at the well head. I asked him to be careful and disassemble swivel faucet and take aerator off to prevent a false positive. Also asked to take 5 temporary routines in the distribution system the next month. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups and respond if necessary.
