Details: SUMMARY: Coliform 6/10/11 DETAILS: Discussed total coliform alert with operator. Operator had already ordered sampling bottles and will take 4 repeat samples ASAP according to sampling plan (same site, 5 connections upstream, 5 connections downstream, 1 random). Five routine sample will be collected during the month of July ACTION NEEDED: Neil will contact July 1 to ensure 5 routine samples will be collected.
