Details: SUMMARY: Follow up non reporting coliform DETAILS: System received non reporting violation in April for no temporary routine results. Called and spoke with manager Julie and discussed need for 5 temporary routines following any positive routine. We discussed this during the 3/29/discussion and she said she already had the 5 temporary bottles. System just forgot to take and submit. System took 5 temporary routines on Friday June 3 ACTION NEEDED: Continue taking on time quarterly routine samples. Next will be due 3rd quarter (July - Sept)
