| Details: | SUMMARY: Heather received violation from the state DETAILS: System operator did not take the required coliform sample for the April - June 2011 Quarter. I explained that because the sample was not taken, public notification was required. Include in the notice that previous samples complied with the rule and samples since that quarter have also complied. We discussed where to post the notice and I told her that the notice needed to be visible to the guests. I suggested that she look at the DWP website for a sample template. ACTION NEEDED: Post the notice, send copies to state and to Klamath County. | ||
