Details: SUMMARY: Left message regarding draft BCA DETAILS: I called on August 9 and left a message for Bryan Parsons regarding our conversation on July 15 and the proposed compliance agreement that I emailed him. I havent received a response to that email to date, and I requested a return call to confirm receipt of the proposed agreement and SLCCs position on the agreement terms. Bryan returned my call on August 10 and stated he was planning on submitting an action plan by the 31st. He didnt seem to realize the agreement needed to be printed and formally signed. Bryan said he would respond by email regarding the proposed agreement. ACTION NEEDED: Issue administrative order if Bryan Parsons or the system doesnt respond by email or with another telephone call.
