Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up to boil notice DETAILS: I called and spoke to Ludek about the reason for the additional sample requested by James. He said that the July 27, 2011 sample was taken after the retainer nut had been put back in place. I then explained the content of a letter I was sending regarding disinfection requirements and that the turn-around time would be fairly short with a response due by August 31, 2011. He said fine to go ahead and send the letter. The letter was e-mailed with the original mailed to Ludek on 8/9/11. I gave Ludek my cell phone number and told him to call me when he got the results of the Wednesday sample, since I was going to be out of the office until next week and they were still on a boil water notice. ACTION NEEDED: System to contact OHA and Dept of Ag with results of subsequent sampling. Dept of Ag to continue follow-up. |
