| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I had email correspondence with Shannon and reminded her to submit a public notice an take another triggered source sample. The public notice was sent to the state. The source sample was taken late on June 20th and found to be absent as well a special sample in the distribution system was also absent. However this was after shock chlorination. Previous tests of the source have been absent. She is working with a pump service to take samples from no on. I will need to work with them on proper sample labeling as recent test indicated AS instead of triggered and repeat instead of special. I also spoke to Shannon about the need to submit five temporary routine distribution samples in July. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of July samples. Call pump service to go over labeling of lab reporting slips. | ||
