Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received email from Shannon and she asked what to do. This issue has been on going since April. I responded to let her know to submit a new public notice and take a source sample and this would be the process until the issue is resolved. Spoke to Kevin from Water Techs who is helping Shannon on7/25 and 7/28. I discovered that one of the samples was taken at the well. I reminded him that the samples need from the distribution system and that a violation may occur for not submitting the proper amount as the well sample in this case would not count. On 7/25 Kevin was taking a new source sample to submit. They have been unable to this point to determine why the system continue to test positive even after shock chlorination. The well sample that was taken within the distribution samples was also positive. All source samples to this point have been negative. I talked to Kevin about the need to submit this source sample to the state and to take five more temporary routine distribution samples in August. They are checking in homes attached to the system to see if there are line breaks or repairs done that may have contaminate the system. They may attempt to shock chlorinate again. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor the situation, wait for source sample result and August test results.
