Details:	SUMMARY: July 2011 temporary routines were labeled as repeat samples DETAILS: I called Mr Wessell to let him know that some of the samples were incorrectly labeled. I explained to him when each of the labels were to be used. I told Mr Wessell that if he has questions in the future to call me for assistance. ACTION NEEDED: I will send Mr. Wessell a guide to the sample type for the laboratory check off.
