Details: SUMMARY: Unfiltered surface water system DETAILS: Sent letter to system 6/14/11 in regards to ongoing situation. Instructed system to install a filtration unit, as well as begin monitoring for turbidity. Also instructed system to post public notices for both tier 1 (boil water notice due to high turbidity) and tier 2 (failure to filter). A copy of the letter as well as the notices are being attached here for the states records. Please make note of these attachments for your records. ACTION NEEDED: see letter
