Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke with system 7/7/11 regarding positive test result. System operator was aware of the situation and will be out later in the morning to take the 4 repeat samples. Called left a message with Mike to remind him to take 3 repeat samples in the distribution and 1 sample labeled a triggered sample from the well head. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples and further action based on the results of the 4 repeat samples.
