Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Was contacted via phone by QA manager Lori regarding two distribution repeat samples that came back positive for coliform triggered source sample also came back positive. Firm will shock well and 6,000 gallon holding tank today. I also suggested they have someone look at their UV light. Lori will take some special distribution samples on 7/15/11 and call me with the results of those, if they come back absent, she will take five routine samples in August. Lori has agreed to provide bottled water for employees and as any food additive to the products, use hand dipping stations after hand washing making sure chlorine concentration is tested throughout the day to ensure it is effective they will continue with their quat sanitizer followed by their 200ppm chlorine sanitizer for all equipment. ACTION NEEDED: Shock well and 6,000 gallon holding tank, have uv light serviced and take distribution sample marked as special after the chlorine is run through the water system.
