Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed chlorinator failure and sampling requirements DETAILS: Lee called to report that his hypochlorination system has failed and is in the process of being repaired. Because the system chlorinates for residual maintenance only, there is no apparent risk to public health. The systems coliform sampling history is generally good. Lee also asked about some form of interim chlorination. I asked Daniel Hough to follow-up with Lee if there is a need to collect his monthly coliform sample immediately, and if he can recommend a particular method of interim chlorination. I also talked to Lee about the lack of lead and copper sample results since the water system was confirmed to be a community system. I have asked Amy Chapman (via voicemail) to talk to Lee about delinquent sampling for both lead and copper and radionuclides. ACTION NEEDED: Await sample results and follow-up by other staff.
