Details:	SUMMARY: Letter of Interest Assistance DETAILS: Gulf Mobile City operates a small water system that serves 32 people through 18 connections. The system is composed of a well that is 65 feet deep and is located in the center of the main driveway. Currently the system is exceeding the MCL for arsenic and nitrate. Recently, the EPA lowered the Maximum Contaminate Limit (MCL) on arsenic to 0.010 mgl. The most recent test has shown arsenic levels to be as high as 0.031 mgl. EPA has also set a MCL of nitrate of 10.0 mgl. Levels have been recorded as high as 20.9 mgl. HBH completed some work on draft recommendations report. Complete report can not be done until all test results are provided. HBH provided assistance in completion of the Letter of Interest (LOI) for the SDWRLF. ACTION NEEDED: Further assistance for the completion of LOI.
