Details: SUMMARY: Wellfield Determination Request DETAILS: Water system made a request for a Wellfield Determination via Clackamas County Public Health. Location and construction of both wells was reviewed and it was determined that Entry Point B for Well #2 was the appropriate represenative sample location for this water system. Nitrate, arsenic, and annual coliform source samples must still be collected at all Entry Points and/or Wells. See Source Water Assessment file for details. ACTION NEEDED: Sample schedule adjusted to reflect representative sampling at EP-B.
