Details: SUMMARY: Discuss monitoring violation DETAILS: I informed Judy that they failed to monitor for coliform for second quarter. She will be drawing the sample today. We also discussed the need for the domestic well to be tested for VOCs and arsenic per an email discussion with jay MacPherson. 9/13/11 - The coliform results for third quarter have been posted on state website. ACTION NEEDED: Violation resolved
