| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform 8/18/11 DETAILS: I contacted the system and spoke with Nicole. She is an employee of the race complex that assisted me in the recent survey. I let her know the system has a total coliform positive for 8/18/11. I let her know to tell Chris & Lisa that they will need to take a sample at the well head labeled triggered source. I also let her know to take 3 repeat samples in the building. I let her know that if all of the follow up samples are clean then they will need 5 temporary routine samples for the month of September. She said she would pass along the message. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up results & respond if necessary | ||
