| Details: | SUMMARY: New Direct Responsible Charge(DRC) DETAILS: Mike is new DRC. He had general questions regarding sampling and operations. Sent email to Mike with following: Attached is a current coliform sample plan for you to review and update the one on file if needed based on the Ground water rule requiring a trigger sample of the source water at the well if a routine coliform comes back positive for total coliform. Attached a change of system contact information form replacing Daves name with yours. This needs to get reviewed by you, add your title, sign and mail to the state. Evan Hofelds contact information if I cant be reached, 971-673-0419, evan.e.hofeld@state.or.us or the general drinking water number and ask for duty person. About training. The system is considered a state regulated system and there is no requirement for the DRC person to have a small water system certification but if you are interested, the class is free and can be done on line or OAWU offers the class with one being presented in Seaside this summer. ACTION NEEDED: All system information and the state website and lots of resource info is online. All the required testing is current thus only quarterly coliform and an annual nitrate sample required. I will mail you the system information I have in my file and anything else I think will be helpful. Let me know if you have additional questions or need assistant with the first sample. | ||
