Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform 9/8/11 DETAILS: Called Dan left message letting him know about the positive total coliform. I let him know to be sure to take 4 repeat samples in the distribution system and a triggered source sample at the well head. I also let him know to be sure to take 5 temp routine samples for the month of October. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups and respond if necessary
