Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate above one half the MCL DETAILS: A nitrate collected 8/31/11 tested above on half the MCL. I left a voice mail and sent a letter to Rick Isner regarding the quarterly monitoring requirement. I also emailed a schedule change request to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly nitrate monitoring is required beginning 4th quarter 2011
