Details: SUMMARY: Five temporary routines positive for total coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Jon Woodard and Ryan DeSautel. Five temporary routines collected 9/7/11 positive for total coliform. Jon has changed a cartridge filter and Hydroflow is coming out tomorrow to chlorinate the system. I emailed a tier 2 public notice template to Ryan and advised him to collect five temporary routines in October. 9/14/11 - Chuck Michael called informing me that repeat sample results were not received. I called Ryan who is faxing the results to Chuck this afternoon. Ryan noted that there were four samples collected, one of which was collected at the ell head. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines are due in October. A tier 2 public notice needs to be posted for the MCL violation
