Details: SUMMARY: Discuss violation notice DETAILS: System operator did not take the required coliform sample for April - June 2011 quarter. I explained that because the sample was not taken public notification was required. Include in the notice that previous samples complied with the rule and samples since that quarter have also complied. We discussed where to post the notice and I told her the notice needed to be visible to the guests. I suggested she look at the state website for a sample template ACTION NEEDED: Post the notice, send copies to the state and to Klamath County Health
