Details: SUMMARY: Follow up 9/20/11 DETAILS: Routine coliform sample taken 9/20/11 was positive. Called operator Butch and 4 repeats are scheduled for tomorrow. I reminded to take one of the 4 from the well head. Butchs helper Tom will take the samples. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results to dictate future action. 5 temporary routines will be required in October regardless.
