Details: SUMMARY: Repeat +TC DETAILS: One of three repeat samples collected fri. 10/28/11 was positiveTC. The total chlorine residual was reportedly 0.2 - 0.3 ppm at the time. The system is already a TCR MCL for October. ACTION NEEDED: The system violated the MCL for total coliform on 10/14/11 and has 30 days to issue a tier 2 public notice to all users (due by 11/13/11).
