Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform violation DETAILS: spoke to operator during a drinking water survey regarding missing public notice (PN) and MCL violation. We discussed the need to submit PN to the state and follow up after an MCL. No PN was issued because repeat samples came back negative for coliform ACTION NEEDED: Ensure PNs are submitted in the future.
