| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed settlement agreement DETAILS: I called Arturo to verify that Juan had received the draft settlement mailed by the Program in early November. He said they received the settlement, and returned it signed and with the $450 check required by the settlement. I also confirmed that both Juan and Arturo will serve as the new contacts for the water system. Juan also mentioned that he has seem some auto repair/salvage yards washing chemicals onto the ground and was concerned about whether this is a violation. He also mentioned that there are a number of homeowners that are interested in connecting to the City of Salem and receiving water from that provider rather than the community well.
