Details: SUMMARY: Inactivation of 4th Street Shallow Well DETAILS: Call from Jan regarding nitrate sample for 4th street shallow well (EP-E) due this year. Well last used on 8/31/10 and inactivated as of 9/1/10. Requested they contact DWP when well is reactivated to update inventory and monitoring schedules. ACTION NEEDED: No action needed.
