Details: SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies corrected DETAILS: All significant deficiencies from the 8/23/11 survey have been corrected. A raw water sample tap has been installed, a lockable window-free door had been installed in the pump house, the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) has been completed and the storage tank overflow has been screened. ACTION NEEDED: None
