Details: SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: 9/28/11 - Left message. 9/29/11 chatted with owner, Sally, she took 5 confirmation samples on 9/28/11 she also took one distribution sample for personal assurance that it was ok that came back absent should have results from 5 confirmation samples today. ACTION NEEDED: If 5 source confirmation samples are absent for Ecoli firm will continue on with monthly source samples. If one of the sample are positive for Ecoli Sally will call me and we will discuss the next step with the state.
