| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to Lead and copper alert DETAILS: 10/17/11 I received a copy of the Public Education Materials the school sent to the users. I told them it looks fine. They resampled the two sites that were high and 4 additional sites. All sites came back non detect. FI asked for clarification on their sampling process this time. Harriet said they flushed the lines for approximately 90 minutes the night before the test this time. I sent the school a letter discussing all of the findings up to this point…letter dated 11/3/11. I explained that they need to explain why they feel the original 8/30/11 round of sampling was not representative. I did received a response from the school but after reviewing with Karen Kelley we de decided that the 8/30/11 samples could not be invalidate. I emailed Harriet back to inform her that the school needed to go ahead with plumbing replacement. I also told her at this point I r3eally need to be talking to Julia since she is the system operator. I have not been able to talk to her at all yet about the situation. I received a call from Julia on 11/16/11. FI called her back and left message. Waiting for a return call to discuss the next steps. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
