Details: SUMMARY: Contact regarding positive coliform DETAILS: I contacted Mr. Leach regarding the positive coliform for 4th quarter. He did not know of any reason why it may have come back positive. He will be contacting the lab to get sample bottles and will be drawing his repeat samples as soon as possible. We also discussed the labeling of the samples on the lab slips. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up after the repeat samples have been received.
