| Details: | SUMMARY: Enforcement DETAILS: 1/27/11 - I contacted tom Pattee to find out why this system was not on the list of Susceptible systems that are required to do the 12 months of source water assessments because the system has a history of Ecoli. Tom agreed they should be on the list. RussK and Sean S and Tom reviewed the history and decided they would make the system start monitoring for GWUID. 2/16/11 Russ sent letter to system. 6/30/11 Two samples positive. Brad D asked Mary to issue boil water notice and collect repeats. 7/6/10 I went to park and notice was posted and Mary was waiting for her chlorinator to be fixed. Russ said system needs to do monthly sampling as well as GWUDI. Repeats were positive. Brad D put system under formal enforcement on 7/13/10. Meeting held at Linn Co office on 9/10/10. Received plan review for disinfection 7/27/10 ACTION NEEDED: See letter in file. | ||
