| Details: | SUMMARY: Treatment equipment and services DETAILS: Dan asked for the types of treatment used to address surface water, disinfection, and companies that provide same at small water systems. Discussed options (new source, reconstruction, treatment) in response to E. coli positives. If treatment necessary beyond disinfection alone, design/infrastructure/equipment/installation could be $20,000 to $100,000. Best to address treatment for viruses and evaluate for GWUDI and then decide what to do, though Dan says administrative processes may favor all-in-one effort.
