Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 12/6/11 - One of five temporary routines collected 12/6/11 positive for coliform. 12/9/11 Neilson Research collects samples for Ruch Elementary. I called Alec and informed her that triggered and repeat samples are due as are five temporary routines in January. ACTION NEEDED: A triggered source and 3 repeats need to be collected, as do five temporary routines in January.
