Details: SUMMARY: Re-activated DETAILS: Dan said that the water system was reactivated by the owner. He wants to know what materials are needed for plan review since the facility is already a public water system. Send in a written statement that no changes have been made along with the plan review fee. System has historic ND at DL of 0.05 mg/L for arsenic, so arsenic sampling is not needed. ACTION NEEDED: Re-activate system in SDWIS and update sampling schedule for coliform and nitrate.
