| Details: | SUMMARY: Dept of Ag issued a Cease and Disist Order until the water system was corrected DETAILS: Barbara Cripe with the Dept of Agriculture conducted a site visit. Barbara took photographs documenting a red warning light that was blinking on the UV power supply module and the sensor displaying the error code "AO", which indicated that the sensor was failing to detect the correct amount of UV intensity. An audible alarm was also beeping. None of the boil water notice signs were posted and they were still making ice and coffee. Prior to leaving, the owner, Ruby Ann Winkler (wife of Ludek Winkler), posted the Boil Water Notice on the front door and a boil notice sign on the customer sink by the coffee machine. Mrs. Winkler stated that she would stop making ice and coffee, and would either boil water or use bottled water for coffee, etc. and would disconnect the soda machine. ACTION NEEDED: System to remain on boil water notice until the treatment system is fully operational and in compliance with OAR 333-061. | ||
