Details:	SUMMARY: Installation of raw water sample tap DETAILS: The operation had no sample tap near the well head to take source samples so when the recent positive coliform activity there was no good way to test the source water. On 12/22/11 a new sample tap was added to the piping near the well head. The first sample pulled from that site was coliform but the lab slip was filled out as a distribution sample and designated a "well" ACTION NEEDED: I asked lab to remark the sample before submitting the results to the state. Shane has contacted Liquivision to start the process of potentially having the reservoir cleaned and inspected. The tank is hard to access and is below grade.
