Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform 12/9/11 DETAILS: Called and left a message for Dee to let her know about the coliform sample. I let her know she will need to take 3 repeat samples in the distribution system and a triggered source sample at the well head. I also let her know they will need to take 5 temporary routine samples in January. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further sampling and respond if necessary.
