Details: SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies from system survey DETAILS: All monitoring currently up to date. Coliform sampled monthly since February 2011. Annual nitrite samples on 6/24/11. SOC and VOC to be tested every 3 years was sample 8/16/11. Arsenic, nitrite and IOC to be samples every 9 years was last samples on 11/28/05. 5 samples of lead and copper to be sampled every 3 years was sampled on 9/8/11 ACTION NEEDED: none
