Details:	SUMMARY: Discuss violations DETAILS: Mr. Doddridge stopped by the office to inform us we had the incorrect info on the website. He said the reason we had violations was because out contact information was incorrect. I informed him that I would send in a change of information and to let us know anytime there isa change so that we can get correct names, adresses and phone numbers on website.
